Mr. McCann stopped by and gave me a quote for resurfacing my driveway. He described to me what he was going to do in detail. I reviewed his  insurance status and wrote it down. I accepted his fair price quote. He returned within the next best weather day to start the job with his equipment and crew. I personally supervised the entire job from start to finish. I had no surprises at all. Mr. McCann and his crew were professional and friendly. They all worked hard to complete the job. I was very pleased to see them work together as a team. In the end the job was completed to my full satisfaction. This is not my first time I have hired a contactor. I look for the fine details in construction work. Yes, I do recommend his ability to perform a great final product.

This company should be put out of business. Hired them to do a new roof on our house. Tried to switch shingles to a cheaper grade after agreeing on the ones we picked out. Took forever to finish the job. Now have a leak in the roof and it is coming through the ceiling in living room. Called him twice to tell him of the problem did nothing about it. Will have to hire another contractor to fix his crappy workmanship. My advice to anyone who has a job needed to be done - NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING.

We hired Patrick Mccann to pave our driveway and rebuild a retaining wall. He and his crew turned up exactly when he said he would very professional and courteous. Very happy with finished product.

Hired for roofing job...horrible! Stated it would take 4 days! Job took 5 weeks. Pulled shingles off roof before order arrived; left roof exposed during heavy rain storm causing internal leaking! Damaged outside lighting system along with damage to landscape. Also indicated commercial grade six inch gutters, ended up with plastic 4 inch gutters. Had to have another company come to complete gutter job! Unskilled labor! Used our tools and ladders and even took them to another job site! Left debris behind after job completed! Had to call the dumpster company to come pick it up after leaving, it sat in our driveway for three days after the job was done. Dumpster damaged driveway! This company left materials behind and never returned to pick it up! Initially indicated had a lot of experience with large intricate roof, however expressed later job was to advanced!

Patrick McCann came to our door about a falling retaining wall in front of our residence. Price started At $12,000 We said no Price dropped to $ 6,500 Ok Time frame 2-3 working days 15 days later we gave him $3,000 dollars and threw him off our property with the job uncompleted. His contract read Payment in full upon completion of job, SEVERAL times during what he did he demanded money because he no money to buy supplies, Complaint on file With Putnam county Consumers Affair about him. He had never done a cinder block wall even though he advertises he is a mason, hires Undocumented workers and pays them barely enough to survive. Has no EQUIPMENT, no mixer, no earth moving equipment had to go buy a wheel barrow and a garden hose. He paid the ONE !500 dollars for the 15 days and then fired him because he took to long to the job. The wall was 4-6 foot high 46 foot long did all the work by hand including the mixing of the cement digging the footings and making the wall. Under no circumstances would I hire this company to do work again and would advise you to do the same. ADVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY LOTS BETTER CONTRACTORS OUT THERE
