I used Lifetime last year. They put on a new roof. If it wasn't for Mike my insurance would not have paid for it. Mike is the reason I used them although there was a problem on my inspection by the county. The first time it didn't pass and Mike came out and fixed the problem. It really wasn't his fault, it was the crew who hadn't done it right. But Mike came out and fixed the issue (which was minor) and then it passed inspection. I don't know about the other guy who I understand owns the company. He wasn't great about returning phone calls etc.
