Fired Jimmy Degraffenried (Lifetime Homes) March 2018 on a custom home that he sat on for 4 months with little work. And the work he did do was wrong and cost me a lot more money to fix with a new builder. Example, first thing a builder should do is find the sewer and water line hook ups to the home so the house will sit at the correct ground level. Not Jimmy, he just guessed and was very wrong so the home excavation ended up being too low in the ground. When I fired him he said he was tired of building and would not build anymore homes. I hope so, it was a nightmare with broken promises and mistakes. Before I fired Jimmy, I contacted his ex real estate agent that helped him sell his homes in Santaquin. The real estate agent wouldn't even recommend Jimmy. Find someone who will have your best interest in mind in building your dream home. That's not Jimmy.
