This business did a tremendous job in helping my family and me on getting a brand new screen enclosure for our beautiful pool. I haven't been excited in years for the Summer but now I truly am! Their salesman was attentive and the workers got the job done perfectly. I am thankful for the Lightholder Inc. team and will definitely be using them again.

Damaged soffit and fascia from Irma. A constant battle to get anything done. Made a personal appearance at the office. Was assured the work would be done two weeks ago. Workers were here once and didn't have the right material for the repair. That was two weeks ago. Am constantly told Mr. Lightholder is out of town. Ian, is the cover guy with the smiling face and promises. Stay away from Lightholder. Am surprised DiPrima tolerates this outfit.

My husband and I reached out to them for screening in our pool and our front porch. They did a great job keeping us up to date on the progress. Once they were done with the job there were a few things that I needed them to come look at and fix. Needless to say, they came out twice and said they would fix the problems and they never did. I called over and over asking the lady who answered the phone to have someone call me before they would arrive so I could make sure I was home. They stopped by anyway and since I wasn't there I couldn't show them the problems. Suffice it to say I would not recommend them. They built a beautiful enclosure but their follow-up is non-existent.

It was very convenient to have one point of contact to have both jobs complete. The paver deck is beautiful and the screen enclosure is top notch. Would definitely recommend this company.
