Kane is an expert at his profession. He provided exemplary painting service at a very affordable rate. Kane transformed an almost 100 year old house updating the ceilings, foyer, hallways, living areas and bedrooms including doors and trim. What looked like a lost cause is now absolutely fresh & beautiful! Would highly recommend Kane & Lightwork Painting for all your painting needs.

Kane did ok in the beginning, gave me a fair price and seemed to know what he was doing. I liked that he used Sherwin Williams paint. He was to paint the whole house with the exception of 2 walls. He painted both! It really screwed up the drywall work that was being done. When the job was "finished" according to him I paid in full. A couple days later I notice some small things that needed attention. He promised to come back on a Wednesday afternoon. I waited and waited, he didn't show. I tried reaching out to him with no response. 2 weeks later I noticed he used the hide-a-key and did 1 touch up spot but never replaced the the kitchen light fixture and switch plates nor did he clean up the spilled paint on the kitchen floor. I needed to talk with him to take care of 20 minutes of work but he refused. Later he told the owner of the house that he blocked my number and blamed me for changing the scope of the project!? All I needed was 20 minutes of his time to take care of some detail. Would have been nice to complete the project and rate him much higher but he refused to just talk to me about finishing touches.
