Gabriel is the worst plumber in San Antonio.. Will delay your project, never answer calls, will never close your permit.. If you want your project delayed, call this plumber. Don't advance too much money or he may never return.. Gabriel is the one doing the work but uses the license from Rene Lopez. Rene will not take responsibility either for his license.. Filing complaint with the city. Go somewhere else.
