    If you like nightmares, Lila Fence is the company for you!
    Lila Fence was our contractor through our fence purchase at Lowe's. The communication with the manager/owner of the company is almost non-existent regarding dates and times that the fencing would be installed. Our fencing was scheduled and then rescheduled several times. Lila Fence came to install the fencing, then left in the middle of performing the project, without informing us that they were leaving. We were at the house when this happened. We were told that our property line would fit our fencing material by pine trees by Lila Fence. When Lila Fence finally came back to install the material, we were told that we now have to take down the trees and the project could not be completed. We were scheduled and rescheduled several times without initiative from Lila Fence about when this would be completed. Finally, after speaking with Lowe's many times to get Lila Fence to complete the project, Lowe's enforced the company to complete the job within a certain time period, Lila Fence finally called back and said they would text or call to let us know what day and time they would arrive (we said several times we wanted someone to be at the house when they were here). They called about 5 minutes before arriving to our house. We did not have anyone at the house to ensure the project would be completed correctly. The only positive thing about Lila Fence is that the two workers who did the installation were very pleasant and hard working. They did the best that they could under the circumstances given. The manager of the company was not a part of this crew.

    Justin from Lila was unprofessional and rude. He incorrectly installed our fence gate, didn't clean up after himself and his crew, and spoke belligerently to myself and my husband while refusing to return to complete the job he was hired for through Lowe's. He only spoke respectfully and agreed to solve the problem he created when my husband disclosed his disability. We've been unable to get adequate resolution to the problem.

    Purchased a fence through Lowes who used this contractor. He didn't install fence correctly and didn't use all of the cement and pea gravel Lowes recommended that he use. Left a huge mess in my yard. I would never recommend Justin or his business.

    We had Lila fence come out and do a fence in our backyard for our children and our dogs. They we're very nice and answered all of our questions. This fence is exactly what we needed for the safety of our pets and children.
