Installed a new unit they where on time and came the next day witch was a sunday and installed a new Lennox 5 ton. And I only paid 4200 thanks guys.

They came and installed an AC unit in my house after lying to me about choice insurance dropping me if I turned it in so they talked me into buying one from them. After them installing my AC I noticed my tile floor being really cold then a couple of weeks later I started seeing mold forming on my floor and found out that the water had been running from the AC Tray that had a crack in it and the water was running under my floor. They came back to fix the AC but they were not going to replace the tray under it or fix the water damage it had done to my floor and in the wall where the unit was there is also mold. We have filed a lawsuit against them.
Response from Limitless Premier Services LLC April 6, 2021Hello! Just to clear up a few things, no home warranty company would "drop" you for turning in a claim. Our tech MIGHT have told you it would be denied due to lack of maintenance, which we do have your denied claim still on file along with photos of the unkept unit, but they wouldn't cancel your policy over something like that. Moving on to the floor. While the owner of our company was at your property, you stated you were replacing the entire floor as you were in the middle of renovation. There absolutely was a crack in the drain pan due to manufacture issues. It was covered by the manufacture warranty and you didn't pay a dime for the change out. You waited to contact us. Once we were contacted, we came out two days later. Fortunately for us, our tech called us once he had the unit apart and was about to install the new equipment and we have the entire phone call recorded of your husband telling our tech, "I will shoot you in the face if you don't leave right now." How exactly was our tech supposed to repair the issues? You attempted to sue us for over $100k for the damages and pain and suffering. I'm assuming that would have covered the majority of your renovations. Your husband claimed he had a HVAC license and knows your old unit was fine but he didn't do the repairs himself? Our attorney asked to see his license and that was never presented. We also stated you could pick a HVAC company of your choosing to come check the install work we did and to verify it was in fact a manufacture defect, you declined. We offered to pay for a professional to come out and look at the old unit that you insisted on keeping (haul off is free with new installs) and you declined. After our attorney presented the phone call recording to your attorney and all of the extended offers listed above, we never heard from you again. We hope all is well!

This company is amazing and Tres does a amazing job and defiantly goes above and beyond. I was shocked to see there was a bad review then I seen the response then it made since there's always someone out there trying to bend the truth to get there way and get something for free just trying to cheat the system. and I am horrified to meet that person that left the review after Tres and his company did work for me seeing first hand there quality and expertise I have nothing bad to say and shame to see someone would try to do something like that to them! Thanks again I will spread my experience to everyone.
