Terrible experience after Sandy. On this site, there is a list of posted projects and, there is no permit listed for our project. That's because it is with the HOA which is managed by Associa - a company with Lincoln HanXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Codes not followed, we have no Certificates of Occupancy. LH chose on their own not to replace flooded sub-floors and floors immediately began to warp. The nightmare is continuing... Agree with above post from 2013 - it is 2015 and still getting every line in the book from everyone.
