    Strapping for mobile home
    $2,700

    My father passed away in Estancia and Jerry was recommended to strap down the mobile home. Jerry evaluated the house and determined that the XI-II anchoring system was the best solution. I am very happy with Jerry's communication, his followup, professionalism and the work performed. Excellent. I highly recommend Lindahl Construction.

    Manufactured home foundation and structure

    Jerry is very knowledgeable. Provided great service in inspection and repair of a manufactured home foundation and structure in order to deactivate Manufactured Home Title with the State.

    Jerry is very unprofessional and rude. I requested a foundation inspection and estimate to bring it to code. When I called he came out to my home that day and when it came time to pay for the inspection he stated that he would email the estimate and receipt the next day. After trying to contact him for a week I had my realtor who recommended him try to contact him with no success. Avoid this company.
