Had a guy from Jay Lindley Plumbing come to fix my Grandmother's bathtub drain. He sent his son under the house to fix, charged $575, and instead of replacing the pipe as any reputable, licensed plumber that takes pride in their work would do, they put a rubber boot on and let the tub drain into the dirt. We asked for them to correct the job or return our money. Waited weeks and got nothing but empty promises. After calling a reputable, licensed, master plumber out of Mt. Vernon we were shown video of the work done by Jay Lindley Plumbing. Filed a complaint with the State of Texas and in their response they promised to return $500. Haven't seen a dime. If you like people that take advantage of Grandmothers...by all means give these liars a call.
