Lindquist Remodeling was hired to remodel a bathroom for our home. Since the project was completed, I had nothing but problems with every piece of plumbing that they touched. They would not return my calls or emails, so I had to hire a new plumber to come into my home and make the repairs. The new sink was installed incorrectly and leaked water under the vanity. The new toilet had to replace as it would not stop running. The new shower valve was installed incorrectly and set to run hot water first. (Had this not been caught we could have been scalded). The new shower arm was also installed wrong and had to be repaired. Because we had all new tiled installed in the shower, we had to reach the bad and leaking new shower arm from the adjoining wall in our master bedroom. (This resulted in large holes being made in the wall, plumbing being repaired and our wall needing to be repaired and repainted.) In total, we had to a have a plumber out to our home 4 times in order to repair all of the plumbing errors made by this contractor.
In addition to the problems with the plumbing, we are not happy with the detail work in the shower tile or flooring.
We tried to give this contractor the opportunity to fix their work, or provide a refund for the all of the problems we have had with their work. However, the contractor would not return our phone calls or emails.
I would NOT recommend hiring this contractor.
