    Repair window framing in wall. Replace termite/rot damage

    Greatest general building contractor I’ve dealt with. Saved us. We we’re having windows replaced and when the master bedroom window was removed they found a lot of rot and damage that there was no way the new window would be water tight. This should have been caught by a different well known construction contractor in Eureka that replaced most of the siding on that side of the house a few years prior. Joe from Eureka glass who was doing the windows recommended Lindstrom Constuction and hooked me up with Leonard. They had Antonio & Eric come out and see what was needed. Eureka Glass had put a tarp over the window then Antonio & Eric put plywood over until they could come out and repair the damage. They squeezed us in their busy schedule within a few days and completed the project in a day and a half. Half of the time the worst case scenario estimate time. Antonio &Eric the first day he all of the repairs and window in and the second day Antonio & Leonard finished up the texture inside. All 3 of them were very polite and professional. I would recommend them anytime and all of the time

    Everyone has off days now and again but honestly I have worked for ,with ,also had them do work for me great group hard working efficiently executing every task at hand in a professional manner and very tentative to detail which is very important in this line of work. GRADE AA++ in my book

    This contractor should go out of business; his work is awful:
    Unprofessional and drunk on the job leaves job site in a total mess with nails, paint, tools all over the place and over new cabinets, faucets. Paid to have him subcontract hard food floor refinished; which he then damaged by moving a new fridge without any covering so there were long, deep scratches on the floor that he did not take responsibility for. Takes shortcuts in plumbing and electrical work; wiring left all over the attic. Plumbing in remodeled bathrooms had to be redone due to grout falling through the drains and clogging them.
    Scratched brand new kitchen sink by pouring paint into it and then he tried to clean it up with an abrasive sponge that scratched the sink.
    Left paint all over new faucets and cabinets. And several, other issues, that cost a tremendous amount of money and created stress and makes me so angry to even talk about.
