We signed a contract with Lindy's Pool and Spa 3/2021 gave them a $15,000.00 deposit. Heidi the owner does not return phone calls or follows through with anything. Permits were denied and now a year later she still has our $15,000.00 and claims she does not have it to give back to us. She is criminal.
