I built a custom home in 2021 in Emmett, Idaho and spent approximately 20K for a 5.1 surround sound system and cameras. Within the first month I began to have multiple problems with the sound system. Over the past two years they have sent multiple techs to my home to try and correct it. They replaced almost every piece of equipment, including the receiver twice. As of today, July 2023, it still does work correctly. The techs now refuse to answer my calls or state they will call back, and they never do. I do not believe this is the techs, I believe this comes from the manager. I now have a two year old, 20K dollar paperweight in my custom home. Look elsewhere when looking for a company to install surround sound in your home. Reach out if you would like more information. I have stacks of documentation.
