I chose other but Linn County started with promises to finish our project quickly and reasonably priced. He actually started the project in November (before thanksgiving). He removed our roof, then did not return for two weeks, then started again, and built the walls and added framing for the roof per the design drawings. Then after three days of no show while I was not at the house they removed the framing for the roof and raised the roofline an extra foot and a half (discarded almost all of the framing into the dumpster and had to have additional lumber delivered to complete the roof. His workers broke one of our windows my wife ordered and has yet to replace the broken window. He damaged the siding his crew put up and said he would fix it and three months later he has not replaced the window nor fixed the siding. He started putting the deck on and now we have issues with damaged deck frame. We have not seen him on site for two months. He has promised detailed work schedule and submitted factually incorrect invoices. I would NOT recommend him due to quality and timeliness issues. He has not provided a change order for any of the changes he has made and basically abandoned our project.
