When we were looking for a contractor to do our Bathrooms and Kitchen Counters Ron with Lio James was the only one to only mention the need for a permit and insisted on it. When we checked into this we found out that he in fact was correct and so we signed up with him. Over the course of the project his craftsmen were outstanding especially the tile and granite countertop people. They did a superior job and Ron even added some special touches for us along the way. We could not be happier with the results and I would recommend anyone to use Ron and Lio James Construction for their Kitchen and Bathroom projects.

Lio James recently renovated my daughter’s bathroom. I can’t speak any more highly of their quality of work and professionalism. Specially, they were always on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of our home. We have a baby and they always made sure not to make too much noise when the baby was sleeping. They always cleaned up the workspace at the end of the day to minimize the dust build up.

I also appreciated that they would arrive when they said they would and completed the project in the timeline they quoted. Ron was always available via text and responded immediately each time I reached out to him. I’m fact, the bathroom light I ordered was back ordered and Ron made sure to come back and install it even after the whole project was complete.

Ron and his staff are hard working, honest and very pleasant to work with. I will without a doubt hire them again for our next bathroom renovation!

AMAZING JOB! My Mother and I are very pleased with the home addition done by Lio James Construction! I've had very bad experiences with past contractors and was very nervous bringing them in as my Mother is elderly and with highly sensitive lungs. They were very organized, professional and clean! The whole team have been just wonderful, the project was long and not the easiest, they made it seem like a piece of cake! Ron is very knowledgeable and professional. 6 STARS! for Lio James. Ron designed and personally constructed our kitchen to the highest possible standard. The quality of material and workmanship was excellent coupled by the can do attitude of Ron and his team. The kitchen has been built for over a year and it looks as though it was finished yesterday such was the quality of the build etc. In the event of small adjustments that are required to doors and drawers etc. Ron provided the highest level of service attending to any requirement without hesitation. We are so happy with our kitchen as it makes our home look very special and has attracted many compliments over the past months....highly recommend anyone looking for a kitchen to contact Ron.

Lio James Construction did a bathroom remodel for me. Everything came in on time and within budget. They were flexible with making adjustments as we went through. We needed a couple of extra things after the original design was done, and they came through with the long list of things that had to be fixed in the end. I recently had my bathroom renovated by Lio James Construction! They took care of everything for me and were really creative and showed me how changing a few things with the layout on the new design, we would not only have a great looking new bathroom but also maximize the space in there too. The bathroom came up better than I could have hoped and the quality of the work is done is A+ even through the shutdown and craziness, all workers were careful, clean and courteous. they were very punctual and finished the job on time. Lio James Construction did an amazing job of my bathroom...I was concerned i wouldn't get the look i was after but after consulting with Ron, the result is better than i ever expected. I was also concerned about some of the other quotes i received, they were ridiculously high from 3 other builders but Ron’s quote seemed fair and reasonable. They really delivered a fantastic bathroom and the whole experience was first class...Overall i highly recommend these guys to deliver an awesome bathroom that you will love and enjoy for many years...thanks

We couldn't be happier with the new kitchen that Ron designed for us and his team fitted for us. From the outset Ron was helpful, willing to offer advice about what would and wouldn't work, and, despite a tight deadline (we wanted it in for my wife’s birthday) He completed the fit on time despite Covid-19 and government orders, they quickly rectified the inadequate piping that a previous refit had put in place. I can honestly say that, despite it being a major job, the fitters were surprising quiet and even our house manager hardly noticed that they were there. The finished project exceeded our expectations. An outstanding job and a wonderful new kitchen with which we are absolutely delighted. Would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking a new kitchen.

Lio James Construction Services are the best! The company's staff are fantastic to work with. Our bathroom remodel was completed on schedule and within the budget that we had anticipated. The punch list items were followed through on in a timely manner. Ron was excellent at keeping us informed about the work that would be performed on a daily basis, which meant we were able to secure our pets before the contractors arrived for work.
