If I could give them zero stars I would. I am a property manager and I have been trying to resolve an issue between Lions and a system they installed. Instead of any modicum of professionalism, I have been met with biased treatment, aggression, hostility, and I have been yelled at by both the technician and the supposed "supervisor." It's awful that we have to deal with these people since they are the ones that installed the software at less storage than what was paid for. They tried to say that the property paid for an outside consultant to lower the memory storage so that Lions would have to come back out. Seriously, they said that. These people are absolutely awful. Take your business elsewhere because god forbid you do or say something they don't agree with: they will never assist you with anything again.
