Our experience w/liquid extreme pools was and still is a nightmare. The company has only one person, project managing, all their subcontractors, or is supposed to be managing all their sub-contractors. If you want to be in the pool business full time and learn the trades of plumbing, electrical, stone works, stone repair and hire some of your own contractors to do their job in a timely manner, hire this company. If not, slam the door.
I would not recommend this company to build a cement 4x4x1 gold fish pond, unless you wanted to also build it yourself. As the other rating stated, get everything in writing, have plenty of storage in your phone for taking pictures and inspect everything. Also take measurements of everything to make sure you are not getting over billed for work that was never not done. Case-closed.

Buyer beware. Get everything in writing and make sure that everything is complete and working before making final payment. Do NOT under ANY circumstances pay them in full before all is working.
