    The job in question was laying a concrete slab measuring 17ft x 46ft, in order to build a hockey rink on top. A fairly straightforward project, but one that was fraught with challenges at many turns. From a project standpoint the biggest issue,was the clay soil and the issue of it being "spongy" in nature in certain regions of the area to be developed. A much larger challenge was the interaction with the building department and resolution of the required permits. Conflicting information and multitudinous inspection requirements led to unforeseen delays. Lisimanis concrete was professional throughout the project. An estimate, with written contract was provided at inception, and each day a breakdown of the job to be done was provided (with the costs broken out).There was not a day the team was not at the house working on the project, and Lisa was extremely responsive (texting worked best) to any questions I had. It was,extremely important that the concrete be completely smooth for the rink to be built upon. Lisimani concrete went to great pains to ensure this was the case; no easy task considering the spongy nature of the clay soil. Though a relatively small job in the grand scheme of concrete work, it was a big job for this family. Lisimani were extremely professional throughout, and NEVER considered the job a sidebar to a more important project. Furthermore, even after the project was completed, they went to great pains to make themselves available should there be any questions/concerns down the road.
    I would absolutely recommend Lisimani concrete to anyone that is considering concrete work to be done

    Had a support post repaired and broken concrete repaired on the front of my house. Would highly recommend Manu and his wife Lisi. Job completed on time and was an outstanding job. Left the job sight spotless. Very nice people.
