    Terrible!!! Terrible!!!! Faulty wiring installed by them in my brand new home as well as my fellow neighbors.Now I need a brand new breaker box installed . I contacted the warranty department about the recall on the breaker box manufactured by Schneider Electric, they told me to contact Liteworx and they refused to replace it only want to tighten a few screws … I see a class action lawsuit in their future they are messing up too many homes and putting lives and property in possible danger

    Worst company to do business with. They do not back and stand behind their work. Believe it or not, the customer service is worst than their craftsmanship.

    electronic outlets

    These people worked on the electrical outlets in our home and one of them never worked. We have been living here for a year and a half without use of all of our outlets. We were told by our warranty department to contact them directly so they could fix it. At this point I have made multiple phone calls and left messages. No one answers their line and no one calls back.

    Lite Worx did all of the electrical work on my new home in Cherokee County. It was a complicated job because my husband had some specialized electrical needs and I had a slew of vintage fixtures that I wanted to be brought up to code. They did all of the work on time and within a reasonable budget. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. A special shout out to Raphael. He was unbelievably capable of understanding what I wanted when even I wasn't sure what I was asking for.

    I would give LyteWorks zero stars if I could.
    LyteWorks was the electrician company who worked on the electrical work in the new home we purchased in Devonshire Park Subdivision in Gwinnett County. We purchased the home in November 2016 and had continuous electrical problems in the home. The problem was so bad even the President and Owner of the company had to come out. The problems went away for awhile but has return. First all my calls to the company were not return. I called from a different number. Low and behold, the office manager answered the phone. When she realized it was me, she immediately stated she was advised that I was out of warranty and advised not to speak with me and hung up. Really, this is the kind of service you give on the work you do?
