    Bathroom Shower remodel
    $2,000

    I hired Todd to replace a bathroom shower with tile. I was putting the house up for sale in less than 2 weeks. On the final day Todd worked until midnight, even came back the next moring at 6 am to make sure the caulking dried and everything looked good. He walked me through his whole process and described the safety/code features he included. The results were amazing. Sold the house in 5 days

    Todd was hired the end of October to do cabinet upgrade he never gave us a sample to approve which he said he had. We pulled the plug on project after 2 months of chasing him. Now another 2 and a half months later 4 and a half total he won't give us our deposite back of over 4000.00 stay away from todd sloan hes a thief with no morals!

    Hired todd to redo kithchen cabinets and replace backsplash the end of October. Our agreement was give us a sample if approved order materials and ready to start after Christmas he said he had cabinets sample a week later. We could never get the sample from him so after Christmas we said give us our deposit back which was over 4000.00$ we have not gotten anything back but constant excuses its March and no refund. He is a crook!! Stay away from him!

    Stay away. This individual is a scam artist. He did damages to our property and did not complete the work. Will be taking him to small claims to get deposits back from him.

    Todd is a good guy. He is a talented free spirit kind of guy. I might even call him a non-conformist! His quality of work is quite good and has a wide range of talents. I did not micromanage him and I got very good results, anybody who puts a review out as "anonymous" is probably a competitor of Todd's. I had Todd remove and replace an old crumbling driveway in West Omaha.

    Todd was excellent. I’ve used him multiple times. My first experience was when I hired him to put in a fence and rebuild a deck. I met him on a Monday and he he said we would get started the following day and estimated it would take a week to finish. The next day sure enough he was there working and by Wednesday he was done. He left only twice to get materials and I’m guessing dinner. He cleaned up afterwards and followed up on Friday to make sure everything was going well. We hired him a month later for some concrete work and few handyman jobs. All jobs were completed in time and cleaned up the work site. These negative reports are bogus and not reliable. Todd is a decent man and does great work. I’ve referred him to multiple other people which all

    Hired Todd and his partner Jose to put a retainer wall in and some concrete work as well as building a deck and fence. Best rate around and quick great service. Never missed a deadline he set and communicated with me daily on progress with pics as I was away in business.
    These other reviews about saying he’s drinking on the job and horrible ads furthest thing from truth. Todd by far is best contractor I’ve ever used. Referred him to family and friends and as we speak I am setting appointment up with him to work on my other properties I rent out.

    Crook, Lazy, cut corners

    If I could give this "company" negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! His word means nothing. He will tear up your home and leave HUGE messes. He takes 1/2 a deposit up front and uses it for another project. He quality of work is shoddy. He seriously used broken tile pieces (little pieces in random patterns to fill in holes) instead of taking the time to cut a small piece of tile to ensure the quality of his work. LOCK UP YOU LIQUOR! He drank $300 of unopened top shelf bottles (YES THE ENTIRE BOTTLE) of our alcohol (on the job) then he would get in his truck and drive off to do god knows what. We would have to text numerous times asking when he would be back to complete the work. He always had some BS excuse. He will half ass a project and leave work unfinished. Details get unfinished. We had to continually watch him to make sure he did not cut corners. If you do want to try your luck and hire this one man shit show, make sure YOU buy all the materials needed, only give him 10% good show up front, and make sure to clock ALL his hours and min spent at the job. Micromanage, because we didn't and he took complete advantage of us.

    WORST CONTRACTOR

    Terrible experience and has cost me a ton of money. Huge mistake working with this contractor. He over promises and way under delivers, robs from peter to pay paul and leaves a huge mess. Drinks on the job, doesn't correct mistakes and makes excuses for everything. Had to have cabinets redone, plumbing issues, drywall was uneven and pitted, paint had to be all redone, electrical issues, the list keeps going. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!

    Little Castle Construction has been the worst experience I have ever had with anyone that I have ever hired for anything in my entire life. Todd is a salesman first, and will make you feel very important. We hired him to put in a fence, as we were closing on a house several weeks away. He took our deposit with the explicit promise that he will be starting on our fence on the day of closing. On that day, he then informed us that there was a frost line too high to the surface. He had never made mention of that until the day he was supposed to start. After 2 weeks of back and forth texting he staked out the fence and left for the day. Originally he said that it would only take 4 days. That week he informed us after many attempts by us to get ahold of him that he had another job come up and we would have to wait. He told us that if we wanted to go with another place he understood and that he would return our deposit. We ended up hiring another fence company Dakota Fence (They were absolutely amazing). 2 weeks later we received a check (after multiple broken promises on days that he would drop off the check). He informed us to not deposit the money til Wednesday of that week (it was Monday). We waited to deposit our money (which he obviously used it for someone else's job) then the check bounced. After several heated texts and conversations, he informed me that he had our deposit and that he would have someone else deliver it, or I could meet him on the other side of town. I decided to pack my family up and drive 30 minutes to get the check. He dropped it off with a LOWEs employee as he did not want to show up face to face. At that point I was happy until I opened the envelope. It was only 60% of our deposit. After a conversation, he called me names and told me that I could not have my money for a few more days. I still am short the deposit as of the writing of this review, and am absolutely livid. BTW, Dakota Fence was able to get the fence done today (11 days after we hired them) and it looks beautiful. They have been outstanding. Todd is a sales person and unfortunately if he gets a bigger job, your job will become second. Beware of this guy's false promises and his lack of integrity.
