Little Heat and Little Air

im in Virginia he was sent thru home serve warranty people he came a month after I requested service thru home serve and put freon in my unit and supposedly put a sealer in as well he said and homeserve only paid part I paid the rest of it that was on June 4th soon as left my unit and coil started freezing up and I Sent him pictures he said I need a new coil took a month for him to get one
Melinda Combs it got hot cause the thing won't work during that time and someone told me to contact social services and apply for cooling assistance because I am disabled and I'm also senior citizen so I'll contact them they sent a person out who in turn said my Freon was still too low and he added more freon well I started having air conditioning it was working it was cooling my house no matter what temperature I put it on it was cool in my house so then little heat and little liar sent Philip out because the heat the coil supposedly came in to put the coil in because I needed one I figured well

I need to coil let him go ahead well that was on Tuesday night july 8 2025 I have not had no air conditioning since he either did not put all my Freon back in my heat pump or he messed something up in it all leaked out but it was a full of freon the day he came from where I paid little heat and little air $390 for 3 lb Home Service paid for a pound and then the other guy come out and put two more pounds in for me for free

Worst company I have ever worked with. Our heating system went out on Christmas night. We did not regain heat until mid February. We were told to use emergency heat until they were able to install the new unit. Therefore our KU bill was through the roof. We paid for a brand new HVAC unit, had them install it. Since then our AC has went out 3 times. All of which was a battle to get them to come back out because they thought it wasn’t there problem anymore. Each time they said it was fixed, yet here we are again today... 90° outside and no AC

Would NEVER do business with them again. We were referred to them by our warranty company. They came to our house on 2/14 said they ordered the replacement part the next day and after two weeks still no contact. After I called in to our warranty company The owner-Dan advised he would contact me within the hour. He never called. A week later (3 weeks since he ordered my part and still no contact on their end) I called them again, and they had no info. Didn't know what part I needed for my dishwasher repair. Nothing! We seriously went round and round. Finally they agreed to come and complete my repair on 3/13 and NO ONE showed up! No one! No phone call. Nothing! So once again we contacted them and they gave a reason for not showing up but no excuse for not letting us know they wouldn't be there. Long story short. Our repair was completed today after a month of Poor communication and terrible service. Just run. Find a different company. We only stuck it out the month because we had already paid them. Never again.

I highly recommend little heat and air, they showed up at midnight to get my air working because it was 80 degrees in my house. The technician was very thorough and explained everything to me. Even brought me a window unit to put in my bedroom. Came back the next day and installed a new system with a 10-year warranty for HALF the price that 4 of my coworkers have paid! Great Job!

Dan fixed our AC problem and recommended solutions to prevent from happening again. Both times our AC went out was on 90+ degree days and Dan recognized the urgency of the matter and traveled 30+ miles to fix the problem the same day the call was placed. Very professional and would recommend to friends and family.

I would highly recommend. We needed an HVAC licensed installer at the last minute. He worked night, weekends, and days getting the job done. Had my HVAC equipment in fast. Very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He stands by his work. Gave us a great price as well.

They have done an outstanding job, got good price, very polite, used new products as well!

I had to use this contractor because of the home warrantee. They send out unlicensed employees (verified with the county HVAC inspector), do not show up on time, do not call and make every excuse to not do the job to workmanship standards. They show up without materials and tools (did not bring ladders twice for an attic job). Avoid this company at all costs.
