  What a scam!!! this guy took a total of $10,800 in deposits and never paid his engineer to do the work; He kept promising me it would be done. Now the closing on my house that I am selling is all messed up! This guy is a fraud, DO NOT USE!!!!

  Stay away from this contractor he does not know what he’s doing. We hired him to do a septic in our home and he did 3/4 of the work that needed to get done. He got paid in full and left us high and dry we had to pay for someone else to come and finish the work. He lies he procrastinate..

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LITTLE K and KEVIN LITTLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!. THEY SHOULD GET ZEROES!!! I hired him to install a new septic tank in our summer cabin in HIGHLAND LAKES and complete the groundwork necessary. Kevin Little procrastinated for three years- he lied to us constantly about when he was going to finish the work and at the end of three years he STILL did not complete the groundwork so our grounds were still unfinished. . He only finished when our realtor and lawyer who knew him told him we were drawing up a lawsuit- We finally sold our house- but the aggravation and frustration were unbelievable. He has no right to be doing what he does. STAY AWAY!!!

  The worst contractor in USA. Installed a septic in my home, never told me what system he was going to install. My backyard is a mess. Please save time and headaches and get someone else to do your septic installation or repairs. Hey kevin have a little professionalism and stop your ghetto operation.

  Worst guy on the planet if you don't believe just call him and you will find out, took my money for 2 months never show up or return a phone call .when he finally did the job 3 months later ask me for the final payment without final inspection, never back fill the hard but got paid in full it's now 5 months still waiting I call this clown every day no answer if you want a nightmare call this guy Kevin I promise you get you wish

  Septic system

  DO NOT USE!!!!This contractor did a septic job at my house and left the yard a mess for 6 months. Came back cleaned up the yard or what I thought was clean until garbage like old pipes and a piece of walkway started to surface. This walkway was pulled out during the construction and was supposed to be put back and never was. Never answers his phone. Horrible contractor.
