Where do I start? I was comprehensive about looking for a contractor on my own because most contractors being primarily men, would take advantage merely of me being a woman. I interviewed ten contractors before I came across a raving review written about James of Little Rock Home Improvement. I write this review with the utmost respect for James because he is deserving of it due to his professionalism and exquisite quality of work. Hiring him was the BEST DECISION because he listened to what I wanted and then guided me with sound professional recommendations to fit my budget. He saw a more expansive vision and ran with it but informed me why it would be better. He never shied away from my overly insane thousand questions but embraced them, knowing I just wanted to learn. I suggested some additional work for my home, and he said, " Don't waste your money; put it somewhere else where it's needed." He's open-minded, trustworthy, honest, budget-friendly, skilled at his craft, and keeps the lines of communication open. James goes above and beyond to IMPROVE every LITTLE thing about your HOME to make it ROCK solid. (a little play on words.) I will not leave without mentioning the HARDWORKING crew that works along with him is AMAZING. When I look at my basement, I never thought it would look like something of a magazine. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
