    Bathroom addition

    Live Mondo has worked extensively in my home over the years. The team brings a eye for design that most contractors lack. Michael walked me through each step of the project and helped navigate my bathroom remodel and keep me in budget. The project went smoothly minus a hiccup with the tile supplier. CIOT in troy was unreliable in delivery of product which prolonged the project. it was frustrating to say the least. hence the 4 stars instead of 5. since Michael has worked on many other projects in my home of every scale. He is very accommodating and always answers all communication. The warranty of the bathroom was 1 year but 2.5 years passed and recently my son damaged a tile in the bathroom with a toy. Michael had his team come back and replace the tile at no cost. I will continue to use this company for all of my home remodeling projects. Finding a contractor that takes my call every time and will come back for any problem is priceless.

    Michaels company worked on my property in island view in Detroit. His team refaced the entire house after a previous contractor had butchered the job. He came in and saved the day! I live in New York and have struggled with finding a good contractor in Detroit. I’ve already started talking with his company to do the next phase of my project!
