    Live Oak Home Builders is a custom home builder that builds high-quality homes on your land with your plans. They are professional, reliable, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

    We recently had the pleasure of working with Live Oak Home Builders to build our new home. We were very happy with the results! The house came out just as designed, and the quality of the construction is top-notch.

    Our project manager was Scott Fisher, and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and had some great ideas that we had not thought of doing. He was also very responsive to our questions and concerns, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the end result.

    Live Oak Home Builders uses a unique team structure that has each team member working closely with you throughout the project. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and that your needs and concerns are being addressed.

    Live Oak Home Builders also uses a Co-Construct application to provide great communication. This application allows you to track the progress of your project, communicate with your team, and approve change orders. we found this application to be very helpful and convenient.
