    Superior! Responsive - I was desperate for help on a heated walkway that stopped working during our recent winter snows. I had called Jay- An Electrician, who had installed it last summer, but could not get satisfaction after waiting several weeks. Searching for help, I contacted SJ Ward, Landscaper, who called his electrician, Ron of "Live Wires" who came immediately. Ron discovered faulty wiring and a mis-matched breaker that he fixed on the spot! In time to melt the black ice and snow that fell the next several days. I am so grateful as I am 82years old and must traverse the walkway to reach my car - ice and snow are tricky for me. Thank you, Ron!
