    Gazebo

    I needed a gazebo put together in Bernalillo. My first pick was an all metal gazebo from Home Depot and they recommended Lucio as one of the contractors that could do the job. After strong winds prior to the build I spoke with Lucio about my concerns regarding the winds and he came out to our property and checked how bad they were. We decided the all metal gazebo would not be sufficient. Lucio was very understanding and patient with me as I decided to purchase an all Cedar Gazebo that could withstand the winds in Bernalillo better. I had delays at getting approval from the HOA and he still worked with me on scheduling the project at a convenient time for me. He was extremely professional and very helpful and courteous of all my concerns and addressing each one to make me happy with this project. Now that Lucio and Paul have completed the gazebo I am extremely happy with the results! He took great care in making sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend him for any project! He listened to his customer with great care and concern and did a fantastic beautiful job!! My husband and I will hire him for any other projects we need!

    Needed a simple shower door installed, Lucio came out and measured told me he would get back to me that day with a quote. After three weeks and two follow up emails on my part he sends me a text: "Too busy maybe later". He was recommended by Home Depot - pretty unbelievable. Told me my walls were one inch uneven - when I measured they are about 1/8 of an inch. If you can't do a job - tell people but never leave someone hanging. Very unprofessional.

    people should learn to tell the whole truth about a situation before they write or speak. what this person left out is that he was given a bid to install his shower door. he was given this bid a day after we went to look at the shower. As a professional company we do not trade skills as pay per this customer request. Living Water Construction LLC. provides professional service to all costumers that we are allowed to bid jobs on.
