We hired Custom Smart Homes to do some exterior excavation and other work to repair drainage issues around our home. They did a phenomenal job. Bill is great to work with, very friendly, gave us great advice, and managed the job very well. I highly recommend Bill and will certainly contact him again if and when we need another contractor in this area.

Bill Lizzio and Custom Smart Homes built my house from the ground up. They were very easy to work with and the communication was fantastic. The work was great and was done in a timely manner. I closed on my property in February of 2009 and moved into my 2400 sq/ft home in the beginning of June. The process was exciting and I was amazed at all the advances in building techniques that I encountered. At completion of my house Bill made sure that all my concerns were discussed and resolved and he has continued to make sure that I am still to this day. After my experience I wouldn't even consider building a house any other way or with any other builder.
