On May 4,2023I paid a deposit in the amount of $4250 to Jason Amspacher, DBA LJL Contracdting, to do exterior respairs and improvements. Over the course of 8 days Jason, and/or his 'helper', only showed up twice. Both times to remove antique victorian trim from my house. He then left with it and sold it. He did absolutely nothing towards the repairs or improvements. He would not respond to my request for a refund of depost. I filed a civil suit against him, and won a default judgement. He now owes me $5635.00 and has made no effort to make payment.
