The experience I had with this plumbing company was worse than horrible!!
Lou is the plumbers name but he is a crook and a liar.!!!
He came to my home where he assessed a job and took a deposit for which he gave me no invoice or paperwork. I trusted him since he worked for a different plumber during this past winter and was at my home replacing a water heater. HE had given me his cell phone number, I called him back for this job two weeks ago at my home in Pomona..
and when he requested a deposit to buy a 'special gauge he needed for the job' ( this is fishy, never do such a thing without paperwork at the very least).A customer is not supposed to buy materials in advance for a plumber to do his repair job...!
He was promising to be back that afternoon , I believed him.
He has not answered my calls or request for proof of what he bought and of course he has not been back to do any actual work. He has ONLY AVOIDED AND LIED TO ME. HE STOLE $300.00 form me outright!
NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!
