The painter was the worst contractor I ever hired, He and his crew. were hired to paint the exterior of my house, They painted every one of my double-hung windows shut and also painted the jamb liners. Because the jamb liners were painted the top sash can not be opened without getting stuck. Also when I had them back to open the window they were very rough on the window sashes and 70% of the windows are fogged and the glass needs to be replaced. The cost of replacing the windows far exceeds the cost of painting the house.
In addition they owner tries to get away with as much as possible, for example, i pointed out areas that did not have good coverage, his response was you can not see that because it is high up. It was very easy to see from the second-floor windows. It was obvious I paid for 2 coats but only got one coat on the second floor and peak of the house,.
