I have been using Lloyd Anthony Const. for many years and he just did a major remodeling of our bathroom. This project required a total overhaul and much needed updates. The end result was fabulous. His crew are very courteous and polite. Lloyd explained all work in detail and always ask if there are any questions that need to be answered. We can't tell you how much we love our new bath. I will recommend Lloyd to anyone looking for remodeling.

I was introduced to Lloyd Anthony from the Lowe's at the Waterfront. I currently reside in New York and needed to have some remodeling done on my property before listing it for sale. As you can imagine, it’s difficult to remodel a home from a different state. My regular contractor was unavailable, and a few others proved to be difficult to work with, but thankfully I found Lloyd.
Lloyd met with my realtor and was in regular contact with her while reaching out to me for any major decision-making. Even though he had a busy schedule of existing work, he was happy to work on my property at nights and on weekends (which wasn’t a problem considering the property was vacant). Our contract specified interior painting, a few odd jobs like installing new lighting fixtures, and installing new kitchen cabinets. I was getting most of my material from Lowe’s, and he was willing to pick everything up instead of needing to have it shipped to my house. His work was completed on time and without issue.
When I ran into problems finding someone to cut and install countertops, Lloyd suggested a company he had worked with for years. They were able to measure, cut, and install more quickly than other companies, and their prices were better, too. I wouldn’t have known about this company if it weren’t for Lloyd.
Unfortunately, I had more problems come up, this time with flooring installers. I solicited Lloyd’s assistance to do the flooring for my front entryway as well as the kitchen. He efficiently coordinated his work with other contractors so that jobs were completed in the right order. He continued to be conscious of my budget but also suggest some minor improvements I hadn’t thought of (like a new hood for above the stove). His wife even offered to clean the house once all the remodeling was done before I put the property on the market.
I cannot recommend Lloyd enough. He was professional, fantastic with communication, honest, and his work was stellar. What more can you ask for in a contractor? If you need a solid contractor, Lloyd Anthony is your guy.

Lloyd Anthony has done quite a bit of work for us, from remodeling two bathrooms to updating the living room and re-siding our house, including putting in new windows and door. Every single job has turned out so beautifully! With his insight into designing, he has updated a tired home to a gorgeous home. We have received many positive comments for the work outside as well as inside. Lloyd's team was always on time, courteous and kept work areas clean. Any future work will be done by the Lloyd Anthony Construction Company.

Lloyd Anthony Construction did a good job. We have been dealing with Lloyd and his crew for over a year and continue to be pleased with their work. They are efficient and are very attentive to the customer. They make it a priority to communicate - ensuring you know what they can do and making sure that they understand what you want done. We would recommend Lloyd and his team to anyone who asks.

Lloyd and his team remodeled my kitchen. The work was fantastic. They are great, conscientious, clean and thoughtful. I was so pleased, I have them doing more work around the house. Including replacing old yucky basement windows with beautiful glass block, replacing an old medicine cabinet and re-doing my patio pergola. I can't say enough good things about Lloyd and his team!

Lloyd Anthony has turned my 60 year old nightmare of a bathroom into a gorgous retreat. He worked with us to make our ideas come to life. I have hired many contractors over the years, he has been a joy to work with. Not only was the workmanship outstanding, his team finished on time and on budget. We are now planning the total renovation of our kitchen and there's only one company for the job, Lloyd Anthony.

We have dealt with Lloyd recently on several projects at our home - a new kitchen, new roof, electrical work and the usual "while you're here"s as well as roof work and other inside repairs at a commercial building of ours. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work, his quick response to inquiries, and the fairness of his pricing. He is a trustworthy person to deal with.

I have been dealing with Lloyd Anthony construction for many years. The quality and craftsmanship of their work is excellent. He stands by his work, easy to talk to, answers any questions and explains all work in detail. I have been completely satisfied with all his work and have never had to call them back for anything. Lloyd Anthony Const. did a total remodel of our bathroom in February of 2017. This was a complete gutting with wall removal, plumbing and electrical. They built new walls and installed all new plumbing and electrical. The finished product was superb. All new fixtures were installed along with a lot of tile work. They built one awesome shower which we never had in this bathroom. They took a 5'x5' bathroom and turned it into a 5'x18'. High quality craftsmanship. I would recommend Lloyd Anthony Construction to anyone.
