If you want to get SCAMMED go to Lloyd King. His pitch is very convincing but whatever you do, DO NOT use him.

Lloyd King is a SCAM ARTIST. I know several contractors and homeowners, including myself, who have been scammed by him. He hires subcontractors to do work in your home, then doesn’t pay them due to poor budgeting. Then subcontractors show up to the homeowners door for their money. I had to call my lawyer. He talks a good game, but does TERRIBLE BUSINESS, this company needs to be reported finally.

Do not under any circumstances allow Lloyd King or his partner Rory Evans work on your property. He is a scam artist and have taken funds and advantage from at least two senior citizens. He lies and attempt to intimidate when you tell him he can't come back. And then he refuses to return money on the material he was to have bought for the last draw and the work he has not done. They owe me more than $20,000.
