cannot express how thoroughly disappointed and infuriated I am with LM Legacy. Hiring them to construct our patio and driveway was a grave mistake, and I regret the day we even considered their services.
Within just one year of their so-called "construction," our property has turned into a concrete catastrophe. Chunks of the patio have fallen off, cracks have emerged on the driveway, and spalling has made the driveway surface look like a war zone. It is beyond unacceptable and a blatant display of incompetence and negligence on the part of this disgraceful company.
When we reached out to LM Legacy to address these urgent issues, we were met with false promises and a shocking lack of accountability. They assured us that they would come out to assess and repair the damages, but it was nothing more than empty words. Week after week, they made excuses and failed to show up, leaving us with crumbling concrete and a hefty bill for their shoddy workmanship. At this point they are ghosting us entirely and are not responding to emails. It is evident that they have no interest in rectifying their disastrous mistakes or providing any form of customer service whatsoever.
I cannot emphasize enough how profoundly unsatisfied and disappointed I am with LM Legacy. Their workmanship is abysmal, their customer service is non-existent, and their lack of integrity is astounding. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.
