    Lee Schwartz SCAMMED us. Long story. We hired him for a remodel of kitchen and Master Bath. He lied to us about past jobs, telling us he was the General Contractor on a new home in Southern Utah, authorized by our Neighbors, The Millikens. After the fact, we found that he was a worker for a Contracting Firm and that they fired him for "Lazy, Incompetent and the Biggest Bulls----- on the Planet" Never hire this guy, but if he scams you into doing that, at least insist on references who you can talk to. We worry about how he will be scamming our neighbors in Salt Lake City.     The Garage ended up costing us $65,000.00 plus. We were charged for components that did not go into it; for example, insulation-Lee Schwartz did not put it in, but charged us. Also, windows that opened; we were charged but Lee Schwartz put in non-opening windows, saving himself a whole bunch of money; still, it ended up costing us $65,000.00. We paid that, but still, he tried to take more money from us by taking us to Small Claims Court, where he lied his way to taking $5,000.00 more from us. NEVER hire this Contractor. Call us.     Lee Schwartz remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom; unfortunately, he gave us no references, though we asked often. There were numbers of excuses; "I'll get them to you next week" I have them at hoe, forgot them; gave us a verbal reference of a neighbor stating that he was the contractor on their second home in Torrey, Utah. Spent lots of time telling us how much fun it was; living in Torrey for large amounts of time. After the fact, unfortunately, we found out from our neighbor that he worked for the Construction Company she hired; and that they fired him early on for "laziness, incompetency, and being the biggest "bulls--- artist on the Planet", which we confirmed with the President of the Company. His biggest sin is that he lies, cheats, steals from his customers in "Justice Court". Enough said.

We believe that our reviews were honest and truthful and not defamatory but in order to avoid wasting more money and time in dealing with Mr. Schwartz we elected to remove the reviews.
