Had Lobo Roofing install new 2 X 4 joists in my mobile home on 05-01-20. Seven of the 2 X 4's were installed laying flat and not on their edges and as required by the National Building Code. Filed a formal complaint with the NV State Contractors Board who made him repair his shoddy work. Contact nscb.nv.gov to see other customer complaints. His license was previously suspended and he was fined. Do your homework before hiring this guy.
