My experience working with Frank was awesome. He built an amazing rear deck attached to my apartment complex. It’s spacious and very sturdy and absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to decorate it. Frank and his team were efficient and worked so quickly. The job was not rushed at all as Frank explained the renovations in a patient way with me lol. My dog now has her own backyard and private space to run freely and I can now enjoy being outdoors in my own private space. Thanks to Frank, I now have the largest deck in my development and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments. I recommend Frank 100% and know his customers will be satisfied with his work. Thank you so much!!

Our Expierence with Loccisano and Barbuto Construction Inc. was the most satisfying expierence ever. Frank Made our Kitchen and Bathroom renovation so easy and smoothly. He always wanted us to be part of the renovations so we can all be on the same page. He broke it all down to us from the demo to the framing to the finishing work. Frank really made this renovation for us STRESS FREE . His work is absolutly beautiful. Everyone loves the job he did for us. This company was amazing to work with .Frank the owner and his head carpenter Mark are two great people to work with.They understood everything I wanted and made my dream renovation in my co-op in Glen Oaks a reality. What an amazing experience with this company. Loccisano and Barbuto Construction Inc.!!!! Frank the owner is the most honest contractor I ever ever dealt with!! He explained everything to the "T"!! and his prices are perfect and where they should be!! He renovated my apartment in North Shore Towers without any issues and explained every detail on what will be done to satisfy me and my wife's wants and needs!! He is such a calm and respectable person and most of all he works with his customers, and he makes his customers part of the project step by step! He even answers his phone on "Sundays"!!! What he explains is what he makes his hands do... and most of all, he works with his customers!! My apartment came out great and we never had to call him back for any issues!! He backs up his words when he told us, "I start and I finish" even if it takes extra time to get the job done where I as the customer, is 100% satisfied!! MY EXPERIENCED WORKING WITH THEM WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING..FRANK THE OWNER IS SUCH A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON AND HE IS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER MAKES THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. I RE DID MY KITCHEN AND HE TOOK US STEP BY STEP AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING FROM THE DEMOLITION DOWN TO THE GROUT LINES FOR MY BACKSPLASH AND FLOOR TILE.. I NEVER EVER MET A CONTRACTOR WHO RESPECTS HIS CUSTOMERS THE WAY HOW FRANK DOES..HE HAS PATIENCE OF A SAINT!!! AND MOST OF ALL HE BACKS UP HIS WORDS WITH HIS HANDS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY KITCHEN !!! NEVER HAD TO CALL HIM BACK FOR THE SAME JOB RENOVATION!! HE DID COME BACK TO INSTALL CROWN MOLDING IN MY LIVING ROOM..
