Wish I would have seen this review before we ever got involved with this incompetent company. We have been living in a nightmare fir the past 6 months. What should have been a simple enough project has turned into a clown show! Next step is involving my attorney.

No I would not recommend. I am having a house built with them now and it is a disaster. I don't have enough room here to list all the issues I have had with them. This is my 8th house I have had built and I would never use them again. This house will be in construction over 18 months.

LOL now they have a cash flow problem and can't pay the county for the C/O. Can't get a answer when closing is and the beat goes on.
Finally closed and moved in early November, house was filthy dirty. Loch installed wrong type of faucets in Master bath after fabricators screwed up and drilled the holes wrong, thought we wouldn't notice. Now we have to find another contractor to tear out the granite and do the job right, then we sue Loch for the repairs because fabricator doesn't want to fix. Nice way to move into a $500k house heh?

We have been in the planning stages with our 5,000 sq ft 1.2M residence on Deer Island. The builder and build team have been professional, integral and helpful, from helping us with the HOA and architectural review committee in approving our house design, the property’s conservation land and drainage setbacks with Lake County and St. John’s Water Mgt District, and with our architect. Additionally, navigating through the Pandemic, while watching construction prices soar and then come-down, has been a positive experience with Loch. From our perspective, there have been no concerns about the competency of this builder, and we anticipate continuing a mutually respectful and professional build relationship with Loch over the next 15-18 months.
