We loved the contractor and his crew. They were always ready to work, had a smile on their face and did amazing work. Loch Raven remodeling built a second story on my home and added much needed space, bedrooms, and bathrooms that we needed! Our family couldn't be happier with the work and the new found space in our home. I would tell anyone to go with Loch Raven!

We used Geno and his team at loch raven remodeling to do a a 403k style loan. They came in and bidedd lo then added on items throughout where we spent over 15k in additional work. The work was promised to get done in 2-3 month, and ended up taking over 6 months to complete. Had several sub contractors not get paid by him and found out that he was blaming me, however each time a draw happened he was going on a vactation, booking a honeymoon, bought a new car. The work they did was cheap and over charged. They used cheap plywood to patch a small 3x6 ft floor and charge 700+. Was told if I wanted the floor to match the remaining it would cost 500 more. Bottom line is I would never hire this con artist again, and certainly wouldn't work for him. If you are fine writing blank checks to contractors then this is that company
