We live in a home build by Lochirco and we couldn't be happier. Elegant and functional design with superior quality throughout and excellent insulation (house was always very warm even in the coldest winter days here in MI, which is rare to find in todays new construction).
So we felt it would only make sense to go with Mr Lochirco on finishing our basement and it was the best decision we made . He himself is a great person , very professional and personable with an amazing vision and he made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and more, down to the smallest detail and was always there supervising the workers and ready to answer any questions we had .
The company was also very costumer service oriented and the communication was excellent ! All the workers that came through our house were trust worthy and professional and made sure the job was done right and cleaned after they were done and Mr. Lochirco even send a cleaning company after the project was done to make sure the place was spotless.
It is clear they take great pride in their work and it is a company that strives to satisfy.
The finished product was amazing and exceeded our expectations .
We enjoyed working with all of them and will definitely use them again for any future projects and I highly recommend them for family and friends and any one looking for superior quality and an amazing trust worthy team.They are simply the best !

I cant say enough about the team at Lochirco. If you need a renovation in your home, or are building a new home, i highly suggest you talk with this group. I am amazed at the work they have did.
