    Build a pole building

My wife and I have nothing but PRAISE for Sales Person Mike Elroy and his entire team at Locke Construction.
10 Reason’s Why Locke Construction deserves a 5-star review from me.
    1. The first amazing experience was the new 3D pole building designer that allows you to start creating your dream building. You can find it on their website.
    2. They then gave us rough numbers over the phone.
    3. We received a couple of other estimates and their pricing was very competitive.
    4. From start to finish they communicated, and treated us with professionalism and integrity. They give a realistic timeline and communicate when delays occur.
    5. We worked together to find solutions to problems. We made decisions decisively, and effectively and made change orders that saved us a lot of time, which brought us peace in stressful situations. We had a professionally engineered plan.
    6. Mike would come out to the site, take phone calls and respond back in a timely manner.
    7. When Locke Construction says “the Pole Building Experts!” They back it up with proven success.
    8. The inspectors would even say positive things about Locke Construction.
    9. My wife and I refer them because they have earned our trust.
    10. Want to start building your dream building.? I encourage you to call and visit their office today. Their office is impressive and yes they have coffee and tea.

DON'T USE!!! The building is falling apart. Beams twisted, all my gutters are falling off, floor cracking, leaks, and Steve Locke says "too bad I'm not going to fix" because after 4 months of not answering my emails I finally threatened him with a lawsuit.
Steve promised they used special concrete that they developed and doesn't crack and easy. Well Steve did not use the special concrete he was talking about "FRAUD" and I have cracks all over my garage. They also did all the prep work for concrete and said everything looked great. Lots of issues with this shop and I'm afraid of how long it will actually last without me dumping money back into it.
As Steve left my property and said he wasn't fixing I told him I was going to leave a bad review for him and he actually threatened my livelihood if I did... Well, Steve Locke HERE YOU GO. This bad review is well deserved

Steve Locke Construction built two buildings for us. The first was a barn that went pretty well. There was definitely some attention to detail that was overlooked. Several missing screws in the siding. He did come out and fix it after it was pointed out.

The 2nd building is another story. After a delay on my part due to a plumbing contractor problem he did not want to get back on the job. After the poles were set and the concrete was being poured one of the poles was broken by the concrete truck. Steve and his crew tried to repair a pole that was broken right at the grade. He assured me it would have been fine. I called the county building inspector whom made him change it. The concrete work was awful! He made excuses for his work but he is the "professional" and should have fixed it or stopped the pour if it wasn't going well instead of delivering substandard work. He was asked to put a cover over the front door and he didn't even center it over the door. His work crew was rude and one of them brought their children to the work site. I will NEVER use Steve Locke Construction again. I would not recommend them to anyone who wanted a quality building built.
