DO NOT HIRE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN. Joel orders more material then he needs and takes the remainder to the next job. He takes your money and does not come back until he has gathered materials. when you complain he quits. But then delivers more materials and leaves them in an unsecured garage. He built a frame for HVAC unit in my attic and then got mad when I said that's not what I wanted or what we talked about. He was very irritated with that. It is my belief he had lined up and was going to make a huge profit. I think his good reviews were submitted by family members. He has 15 kids. Ages 19 to newborn, all still living at home, in a 3 bedroom house. Many of the older kids work for him. Teenagers did the shingles on my roof, while sitting down. I have had people tell me they have seen forts that were built better.

Joel took my money and 2 yrs later my house is still not done. the work he did do is horrible. materials were recycled from other jobs. He tried to get me to open a claim on my garage even though it was not damaged. He is a crook!

I wish I could give no stars. I wish I had read these reviews before I even bothered with this company. I honestly don't know how they remain in business. Maybe it's only single women they bilk, not really sure.
I have been trying to get my doors replaced. I was dealing with Matt. I had to keep calling and emailing just to get someone to come measure. After a couple months they measured twice and I was sent to another company to pick out doors. That company had not received anything as far as sizing. I contacted Matt and his response was I never chose the doors. I asked how can I choose the doors? This is a mobile home and only certain doors will fit. He made it seem as if this was my problem. Once again someone else came out to measure and back to the door company I went. Finally I was told they couldn't help me with the back door but the front door they could. I ordered the door and gave them the information on the color I wanted.
After many calls and emails 4 months later I was told they had my door but it wasn't the color I wanted. Again I gave them the paint information I had researched. They told me it would be a few weeks and they would have it painted.
6 months later I still don't have my door and since the painting conversation, no one will answer my calls or emails.
Basically this company sucks. Save yourselves the grief and headaches and go anywhere else.

Richard, so happy for you. he left my house rebuild with no roof, to do this for you. a job he was paid 173,000 upfront. it say untouched until June and has a warped roof

We had tremendous water damage and sewer problems and a leaky roof. About 75% of the surface flooring had to be redone. Not only did they respond immediately and with compassion towards our comfort while the house was in a mess, but their work was impeccable. I've never been so satisfied with a company as I was with Lockwood enterprises. Definitely 5 Star. Richard B

The crew at Lockwood Enterprises was professional and courteous from the bosses to guys that pushed the brooms. The work they did was outstanding and my house has never looked better. If you want a company that goes out of it's way to do the right thing and make sure that the customer is totally satisfied with the end product, this is the company for you. Joel and Daniel are the best people to work with!

So far I like his crew and the work ethic that they have. The project seems to be progressing on schedule
