    remodel

    This contractor will make excuses for not fixing any problems and give unfounded reasons to fool clients . And be aware of them using suspicious subcontractors for various work. They would also ask for cash payment, and their accounting makes tons of mistakes so the client has to keep track of everything because if you don't they will come back to ask you for the same payment again. And their own employees are obviously not happy either, they make complaints to the clients about their boss.

    Full house renovation including kitchen and bathroom

    Bulent and his team did a wonderful job renovating our house. We were out of the country and worked with him remotely. He was completely honest and very communicative. He is not the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for. The work was completed four years ago and we have had no problems.

    kitchen remodel

    terry krause and crew remodeled our kitchen this year. we loved what they did, so we asked for a nice pergola on our large patio. it is gorgeous! both jobs were completed without a hitch. outstanding work. we will hire lodi painting company for all our projects. honest and hardworking.

    This contractor showed good impression the first time but did not show up job site checking details after a month the project started. There are small problems, mistakes start accruing after 4th week yet, not being able to get him come on site and "witness what went wrong" (He usually just go over my questions over the phone- bad phone signals a lot of time). Contractor should be detailed and guarantee their quality job, and proceed project with good steps (simple logic)!

    We know this is busy season, but our remodel is a bit flaky now. He made us feel we are asking him favor for correcting jobs.. Hope his management will improve promptly. We will continue this review as project moves forward.

    Contractor shows a good impression first time but not show up often checking details after a month. This turned out lots of worries for clinet. Usually if asked them to correct the job with right procedure, they have excuses, and make you feel like you are asking them a favor. We will up date our review after we have finish project with them. The managment now is a bit flaky.

    This contractor is a crook and a thief. He will take your money and then never do any work. Not only did he take $60,000.00 from me, but he stole a brand new garbage disposal. He ha more than 10 complaints from the BBB as well as on Angie's list.
