I’d steer clear of these guys. I bought a house from them in the spring of 2016 and am still dealing with major roof leaks. Same leaks that were happening during my warranty period that they tried to fix multiple times but failed every time. Marc Laurito gave up on trying to fix the leaks and is no longer returning calls or text messages. Lofttech now requires all communication about the failed warranty work be via email through their principal owner Shahin Jamea, who happens to be a lawyer. Plenty of other builders out there.
