He renovated part of our house. Looking back we should have not hired him but we were desperate.Pros: he was prompt with getting back to you. Cons: he outsources his work to different people which is not a problem, but the quality of the work that was done was subpar.finishing is so poor for example they repainted the door, they did not care about how they repainted on strands of hair on the door. We can see patches where they forgot to paint. I would give him that he asked us to give the list of things that need to be corrected, which we did initially but eventually we just got tired as there were so many flaws. The work was shoddy to see the least. I would strongly recommend not to hire him, he will get the job done but the work is not good

When I was moving to St. Louis from out of State I must have looked at a hundred houses to buy. A friend sent me a photo of the most amazing house in Kirkwood Mo. I got in touch with the builder C.W. Woods. I was able to see the interior photos and bought the house before it went on the market. He did an amazing job. He is now building me an apartment complex and office in the City. I’ve also recommended him and Log Cabin Lane Contracting to several friends and associates. They have all been super happy with his work!
