    Pour 15' x 60' Concrete RV Pad with Roadbase underneath and Rebar throughout the entire slab
    $4,500

    We built a new home for ourselves back in 1997 and we had an area about 15' x 60' on the west side of our driveway and garage that we had intended to use for additional uncovered parking or as an RV pad. We were not able to pay the extra money at the time when we first built the house so we planned to add the RV pad later on when we had saved up enough to pay for it outright. Needless to say, life happened and we never got around to actually having the concrete work done. 23 years later, we finally got tired of pulling weeds several times a year and the disheveled look so we decided it was time to have the concrete put in.

    I did a search looking for contractors in my area (Provo) and began to reach out asking for bids. Lomu Legacy Builders LLC offered to do the job in 3 days or so start to finish at a price that we thought was very fair. They gave me a price immediately upon first meeting at my house for them to evaluate the work site. We told them that we were going to get several bids and we would let them know one way or the other. We asked for other bids from other contractors and I had one contractor send me a text sight unseen that was a few hundred dollars more than the Lomu bid. However, Lomu was going to include everything: prep the area, lay down roadbase and grade the area for proper drainage, form, place rebar throughout the entire area, finish, and cleanup everything afterwards. The price they quoted us was $4,500 for all of this and I had zero detail what the other sight unseen bid would include.

    We sought out 6 different estimates from 6 different contractors and Lomu Legacy Builders LLC stood out as the most preferable. The quote that they gave me was right around what I expected it to be and ALL of the other contractors were more expensive with one contractor asking more than double the amount the Lomu quoted us (almost $10,000)!

    We were very surprised as well as pleased with the speed and efficiency with which our project was completed. The quality of the work performed was right on par with what we both hoped for and expected and we are very pleased with the end result. The work was completed much faster than we thought it would be and the price was exactly as quoted with no surprises.

    Based upon our personal experience, we would highly recommend Lomu Legacy Builders for your concrete project!
