We contacted Mike to provide estimates for remodeling of our bathrooms and kitchen. During the discussions we told him we wanted our back patio redone and he suggested we do that first while the weather was good. He bid a trex deck but during demo of the existing patio he suggested pavers. We agreed and now have a paver patio. Mike worked on building two access doors for our crawlspace and provided one. He came by with the second door to get the final measurements. He left saying he would prime it and bring it back. That was 2-3 months ago. We have repeatedly called, emailed, texted for him to at least deliver the door to us so we can get it installed. Silence. Even a cabinet place he recommended had not heard from him. We are disappointed as we thought we had a good contractor to do work for us. What he did was fine but falling off the face of the earth is not the way to do business.

We hired Mike London’s company to complete a bathroom remodel last May and he did not finish the project. We now have to hire another contractor to finish the work he promised to complete. He seldom returns calls and does not show up as scheduled. Further his workers damaged our bathroom door and our bathroom ceiling fan due to a lack of proper supervision on the project. It took a lot of effort to get the damage remedied. We still do not have the cover to our bathroom ceiling fan. We have lost rack of the number messages and texts that we did not get a response to.

Further, he brought this solvent material in our home with an irritating odor and started to yell at my hearing impaired wife. She was just inquiring about this foul odor that was permeating throughout our house. Yelling at a person with hearing aids show a lack of sensitivity and professionalism.

Mike does go work when he shows up, but it is not worth the frustrations of dealing with endless problems and lack of communication on his part. Please take these comments as a warning from myself and others that you run the risk having the same problems as we have. If reliability, good project management, and communication is what you want from a contractor, stay clear of London Builds Union.

Facts: Hired Michael to do some work at our home. He stopped communicating with us half way through job. Went to his home to find him. He kept promsing to come and finish the job. Never showed up when he said he would. Never finished project. Had to hire others to finish work and was told we overpaid by thousands for the project.

Michael and his crew is very professional.
They explain all work being done step by step. Michael came into my job after another crew had been doing a sub par job. What a difference a knowledgeable and professional crew makes. The work is amazing. Michael turned my house into a beautiful home. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.
