  Highly recommend Lone Eagle Plumbing & HVAC. Our furnace died just before New Years. First called a well known larger company who had previously done repairs. Had to pay a high after hours fee and was told they didn’t know when they could get parts or a new furnace. Decided to get another quote and put in a request on Home Advisor by Angi. The owner called me shortly thereafter. He came to our home and was very knowledgeable and professional. He put tarps down to protect or floors from removing the old and installing the new furnace. Installed and cleaned up in one day. We were so impressed we decided to not wait until spring to have our old leaky central air conditioner replaced. He had that installed in one day too, even in the snow!!

  Install a Boiler

  $14,200

  I hired Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing to install my boiler in November 2022. After and during the installation there was just one issue after the next. After the installation, Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing admitted to leaving one of the valves off and it caused my home to have no heat while I was out of town for Thanksgiving - about 6 days - in the middle of winter in Utah..... I still don't know what damage that did to the system as a whole. Justin & Lone Eagle Plumbing assured me there was no damage but I have no reason to believe them now. Not only was I left with no heat but the boiler continued to make so much noise I could hear it throughout my home. It wasn't heating but making noise. At least 5 business days passed where he left me in a situation without service. I had to take my business phone calls outside or in my garage in cold weather because of the boiler noise was so loud. My house was at 50 degrees and my showers were cold. When he finally returned my call he was so angry that I was asking for the situation to be remedied. I recorded the call so its all on record. He threatened me and called me names (who does that?). After that I could no longer allow him in my home and therefore lost whatever "labor warranty" came with the installation. His behavior was abominable and the installation was defective and negligent.
  I then had to contact the manufacturer Laars directly to try to remedy the situation myself because Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing left me without service. Laars sent a technician to review the system. The "work" that Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing had done had to be re-piped. Various other items Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing had failed to do, had to be done for the first time or redone or fixed.
  I have reached out at least twice to Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing to resolve this amicably and received no response. Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing charged me over $14,000 and I have a defective system to show for it. If this was a car it would be a lemon. I would not advise anyone go anywhere near this company let alone let them into your home. Justin and Lone Eagle Plumbing have no integrity, honesty, ability, competence or respect. They are completely incompetent and their license should be revoked. I will be looking into that too. Please take care and under no circumstances should you hire this company.
